Exterior wood trim and posts are carved from solid Peruvian Walnut hardwood
"No Admittance" sign has lettering relief carved into solid maple.
Exterior brick details are carved into plywood and painted
The curved roof can be easily lifted out of the house for cleaning, etc. The roof is solid pine covered with bent plywood, then upholstered with Poly Fil underlayment and patterned fabric
12" x 18" washable cat bed is included
